Individual and Couples Counseling
We provide individual counseling for Adults, Adolescents, and Children. We use a holistic and eclectic approach to psychotherapy.
Meditation, Mindfulness, Reiki + Workshops
We offer various small group and individual meditation, mindfulness and Reiki drop-ins.

Workshops consistent of a variety of topics, Girl's Empowerment, Parenting Strategies in the social media age, Transitions into High School.
Play + Art Therapy
Children use play to communicate their thoughts and feelings. We use an Adlerian approach to play therapy, filial play therapy, theraplay and expressive art therapy for children ages 3-11.
